• Content you provide: videos you upload or link, and the clips, captions, and voiceovers we generate from them.
• Usage data: credits consumed, storage used, feature usage, and basic device/browser information.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay Software Private Limited — we never receive or store your card number.

3.How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process your subscription and credits, generate the clips, captions and voiceovers you request, communicate with you about your account, and maintain the security of the Service.

4.Third parties we share data with

• Razorpay — payment processing and billing on our behalf.
• Google — optional Google Sign-In authentication.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — hosting for our application and your stored files.

We do not sell your personal information.

5.Data retention and deletion

Your uploaded videos and generated clips are kept until you delete them from your library or close your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7.Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
