Refund Policy

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Pro or Max subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription page inside the app. Cancelling stops all future billing — you will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.

2. No refunds for the current period

Subscription fees already paid for the current billing period (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable, including if you cancel partway through that period or do not use all of your monthly credits. You will keep access to your paid plan's features until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you had already cancelled — contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing mistakes.

4. How billing works

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment processor, which handles billing and payment security on our behalf. Any refund we approve is issued back to your original payment method through Razorpay.
