How to clip for Whop Content Rewards with AI

Content Rewards campaigns, often called Whop clipping, pay you for views on short clips of a brand's or creator's content, posted on your own accounts. This guide covers a practical workflow using AI to find and cut the moments, what the work pays, and what it costs. Pay depends on views and approval, and plenty of clips earn nothing, so treat it as a side experiment until your own numbers say otherwise.

The workflow

  1. 1

Pick a campaign you can win

Compare the rate, the remaining budget, the allowed platforms and the maximum payout per clip. A budget that's nearly spent can run out before your clip is paid.

  2. 2

Read the brief before you cut

Note required tags, links, length, language and approved footage. Use only the footage the campaign allows.

  3. 3

    Get the source in

Paste a YouTube link into Extract Shorts, or download the footage from Twitch, Google Drive or Dropbox and upload the file.

  4. 4

    Generate ranked clips

You get vertical, captioned clips, best first. Choose a caption look and clip length that suit the campaign.

  5. 5

Check each clip against the brief

AI ranking doesn't read the brief. Drop clips that miss a requirement, and fix cuts or captions in an editor such as CapCut.

  6. 6

    Post, then submit the link

Post on your own accounts, submit the post link in the campaign, and keep the post up. Then watch which clips actually earn.

What it pays

Rates are set per campaign. Live creator campaigns on contentrewards.com on 2 November 2026 showed $1 to $3 per 1000 views. Third-party guides report a wider range, from about $0.20 to $6, and rates in India-focused marketplaces are often ₹30 to ₹100 per 1000 views.

The sums are simple: 10000 approved views at $1 per 1000 is $10. The catch is everything around them. A clip earns nothing above its maximum payout, some campaigns set a minimum view count before a clip qualifies, and payouts stop when the budget runs out. One clipper on Reddit, a year in, describes still getting stuck at 100 to 200 views, so judge it on your own results, not on income screenshots.

What gets clips rejected or unpaid

Missing a required tag, link, length or language is reported as the most common reason. Using footage outside the brief, or a watermark the campaign doesn't allow, can also get a clip refused.

Every submission on Content Rewards carries a bot-likelihood score and a person approves it, and flagged payouts are held for review. Buying views can get you banned. Deleting clips after a campaign is a reported complaint, so leave them up.

What the tools cost

With YTShorts.ai on Starter ($2.99 a month, 300 credits), a 20-minute source costs 24 credits and a 1-hour source 72, for up to 5 clips per job. Pro allows up to 10 clips per job at the same credit rate. A 4-hour stream costs 288 credits, nearly a month of Starter, so cut long files down to the parts worth clipping before uploading.

Three good clips usually tell you more than ten rushed ones. Start with a short source, see what gets approved and watched, and only then spend credits on long recordings.

YTShorts.ai is independent and is not affiliated with Whop or Content Rewards. Campaign terms change, so the campaign's own brief and Content Rewards' own terms always win over this guide. Rates and rules from third parties are reports, not guarantees.

Common questions

What is Whop Content Rewards?

A marketplace where brands and creators fund campaigns and clippers get paid for approved views on short clips. It runs at contentrewards.com, and many people call it Whop clipping. Most campaigns pay a rate per 1000 views, up to a maximum per clip.

How much does Whop clipping pay?

Rates vary by campaign. Live campaigns we saw on 2 November 2026 paid $1 to $3 per 1000 views, and 100000 approved views at $1 would be $100 before any cap or fees. Many clips get far fewer views, so there's no reliable income figure.

Do I need followers to start?

Most guides report no follower minimum on most campaigns, but some campaigns have their own requirements, so check each brief.

Can AI make the clips for me?

It can find the moments, cut them to 9:16 and burn in captions. It can't confirm a clip meets the brief, so check each one yourself before posting.

Can I clip from Twitch or Google Drive with YTShorts.ai?

Yes, by downloading the file and uploading it. YouTube links can be pasted directly. Uploads must fit your plan's storage, and credits are charged per 5 minutes of source.
